Education Service Contracting (ESC) is a government subsidy which entitles qualified grantees to annual financial assistance throughout junior high school provided they meet the requirements for regular promotion in each grade level.

ELIGIBILITY

• Elementary graduate from a Public or DepEd Recognized Elementary School
• Incoming Grade 7 student (ALS A&E/PEPT Grade 7 Qualifiers are included)
• Has not been a recipient of the ESC in the previous school years
• Filipino citizen

REQUIREMENTS

• Duly accomplished ESC Contract Form 
• Duly accomplished ESC Application Form
• Photocopy of PSA Certified Birth Certificate
• Photocopy of Grade 6 Report Card
• Recent 2×2 photo of the ESC applicant
• Proof of Income of both Parents/Guardian (latest Income Tax Return, Certificate of Employment/Indigency or Municipal Certification of Unemployment)
